Stranormanna is a foot race designed in 2014 in memory of Marianna della Vecchia, who died at a tender age due to a tumor (the 2015 edition was also dedicated to her). Founded initially as a simple non-competitive stracittadina, the Stranormanna has turned into a professional race to which hundreds and hundreds of athletes have joined over time.

The Stranormanna is not only a professional foot race but also includes other types of events that focus on the city, its millennial history and its many excellences: non-competitive Stracittadina, Mini race, preventive medicine activities, solidarity activities .
