PHAware is a building platform for researchers to gather information from people having history of pulmonary hypertension which is a life threatening lung disease. It consists of a backend application built on Java which will let the researches create surveys and activities.
These surveys and activities would be available on a mobile app to the patients who have to complete these. The mobile app will also capture patient health data like steps taken and heart rate. Researchers can analyze this data using the backend platform. Supported Mobile devices are Android ,iOS.
