I paid for the ad free experience and now I continue to get a server response error, i.e. cant do anything in my guild and rewards are broken, fix please

I paid for the ad free last year transferred app to my new phone that I have ads back and all my saved data is gone if I could give a -1 or lower I would not happy got an update from the developer do not I repeat do not pay for anything in this app it is abandoned even the discord server says that it's been abandoned don't waste your time or money don't do it screw this developer
