Requiring registration, personalization, and a trial to evaluate the app is very frustrating. If users dislike the features or flow, they still unboard/unsubscribe manually. Worst of all, clear pricing stays partly hidden until the final step which makes it feel like customer experience comes second to conversion methods. I genuinely like the app itself, which is why these practices annoy me. The 'no payment' trial is the one redeeming quality that led me to feel a one-star review is too cruel.

Poor. Very money focused with little benefit. Messy. They seem to want a subscription for everything, and don't allow even minimal organising without paying. Site is confusing anyway, and badly thought through. Worth avoiding
