We have methods that we call Courses, which have a duration of 6 months and weekly classes. These are pre-recorded for you to study on your own schedule, but you are never alone since you can at any time contact your instructor with your questions, and / or upload a video to get feedback.
On the other hand we have MasterClasses and Books with videos, which you can use as a complement to your studies and to study specific topics as a complement to the Courses, or individually.
