SIKEMAS is an application to determine community satisfaction with services in the City of Tebing Tinggi.
The Community Satisfaction Survey (SKM) is data and information about the level of
community satisfaction obtained by quantitative and qualitative measurement data
on the opinion of the community in obtaining services from the organizing apparatus
public services by comparing their expectations and needs.
