About Yoga en Silla con Meher Roop

The Chair Yoga Classes are for all those who need movement, for older adults, and for some not so old, who need to calm their mind and at the same time stretch, rehabilitate, muscles and joints.

First you only need a stable chair, we do a mantra intonation and we begin to work sitting on the chair, we also do standing exercises with the help of the chair, we relax and do pranayamas (breathing exercises). In some classes we meditate for a few minutes.
In a gentle and subtle way, you will begin to feel how each of the joints, each muscle is stretched, your organs are strengthened and the mind calms down.
