TeamCard

TeamCard is a mobile app and web-based solution that aids in transmission and distribution contractor time entry, approval of time worked, and any necessary time or expense ‘policy exceptions’ during a work period. TeamCard will increase efficiency of contractor time and exception processing and provide real-time data insight for operational decision making during major event restorations through the following features:

- Contractor entry and submission of daily time sheets and exception requests
- Duke Energy processing of daily time sheets and exception requests
- Notifications of time sheet and exception request statuses
