Dulux Walk in their Shoes App allows DuluxGroup team members to understand the power of empathy, how to go about building empathy and to track their time with customers.

The App allows you to ‘measure’ your current Empathy muscle, ‘lace up’ to explore what options you can use and how to book empathy experiences and tell us your stories through the ‘Leave your Footprint’.

‘Track your distance’ on how many hours you have spent immersing with customers and consumers, and see how you stack up against your peers. Unsure on what to do? The Locker Room has a number of resources to learn up and understand how to build empathy.
