Nudge Myself is particularly intended for deskbound people who are a little too focused! It allows you to define recurring reminders for yourself throughout your day to get out of the chair, look away from the screen, exercise in place or whatever it is you need to do.
For example, you might remind yourself every 20 minutes to perform the 20-20-20 eye protocol (look at a point 20+ feet away for 20 seconds); or to take a 5 minute break every 40 minutes; or you may have specific desk exercises you need to complete every couple of hours.
You can tell the app what your working hours (or any other kind of hours) are by setting up a schedule. Reminders will be notified to you while their schedules are in effect. You can have multiple schedules for different types of reminder, and they can overlap.
You can pause your reminders, until a specific time/date or indefinitely - all reminders or individual ones, or all reminders for one schedule (for instance, stop working day reminders until your vacation is over). You can also put all reminders on mute.
