T1D Registry Patient App

This application is developed to support people with diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes (T1D)  and who are registered on the Changing Diabetes in Children (CDIC) program led Type 1 Diabetes Registry to allow them to book appointments, log glucose monitoring and meal reminders and support through AI driven chatbot to provide verified information on T1D.
