Committed to providing delivery and mechanic services, DURJA defined in this plan is a startup venture which aims to bridge the digital gap between large and small cities. We currently aim the market of Dhuri (A town in Punjab) and subsequently expanding our services in nearby areas.
We plan to kick start our business by launching an app in the Dhuri region. Initial stages, We will serve 100 families (friends and family) in order to curb out any anomalies. The app consists of 3 parts- Groceries, Eateries and Mechanic services which let user choose the kind of service they want and place an order.
In coming years we focus on expanding our business in terms of area as well as domain. We plan to extend our business to nearby cities and eventually in every city of India. In terms of domain, we plan to add other services like taxi booking, gardener availability and all little things that matter. Potential customers include those living in villages, faraway colonies from the cities, working people and the elderly who can not go to market every time they need something.
Main aim of our organization is to satisfy consumer in all spheres. To achieve the same we want our services to be the best.

• As soon as our servers receive the request, a delivery person is assigned by the IT guy managing orders.
• The delivery person is provided with the address of the user and the details of order.
• Now the delivery person visits the shops we have collaborated with, buys the goods and deliver them.
• We are running our app currently on Android platform and using Firebase servers. We soon will develop an IOS version for the app and a website offering the same services.
