1748 Maastricht

In 1748 the French conquest of Maastricht took place. In Center Céramique and Vesting Museum Maastricht you can see replicas of the models that the French army used at the time to properly prepare for battle. These models have been digitized and stories from the eighteenth century are told by means of augmented reality.

This app can be used as an audio tour of the model and tells the stories about topics such as illegal labor by women, forbidden loves and soldier life.
