1Sport is a universal mobile application with free workouts and programs from professional coaches and sports stars. Train in sports: football, swimming, running, MMA and strengthen your body with general fitness.

With the help of the 1Sports application, you can not only practice your favorite sport, but also determine your current level of training. We have special control workouts that will help you evaluate your capabilities.

1Sport provides not only training programs, but also collections of workouts of various kinds. You can also compile workouts yourself from a huge database of exercises.

If you are preparing for a competition, the 1Sport app gives you the opportunity to choose a training program specially designed to prepare for the event.
