APMC (Mandi ) Provides platform to facilitate the farmers to sell their crop at competitive rates as well as licensee Traders to purchase the farmer’s crops .APMC ensures the farmers payment and levies 1.5 % Mandi Cess on the notified crops and .20% Nirashit Cess. The System captures the whole Business at the Premises of APMC which starts from Gate Entry of Farmers /Traders till dispatch.
NIC, MP has developed a solution to capture all the transactions of Mandis for the starting from Farmer Gate entry to Bhugtan Patrak and in turn leading to the generation of eAnugya Patrak. In this connection, following processes are followed as given below:
Entry Gate Process: An Entry Slip is generated which has Farmer Name and estimated Crop quantity. A unique number is generated. One can delete before auction process.
Auction Process: Auction process started for the agriculture produce on MSP and after last bid Anubandha Patrak is issued by Mandi officials.Anubandha may be cancelled if the Farmer realizes that that he is not getting proper price of the crop or by the Trader if the Trader realize that crop does not have good quality. The cancellation can be done before the Taul Process
Weighment Process: Weighment of the agriculture produce is done by licensee Tulaiyya. In this process Weighment slip (Taul Parchi) is generated for Farmer, Trader and Mandi.After Taul Process Anubandha can’t be cancelled. It is proposed to have electronic equipment to enable automatic entry of weight through serial Port or USB.
Payment Process: On the basis of Weighment slip (Taul Parchi) payment slip is generated (Bhugtan Patrak ) having Name of Farmer, Agriculture Produce Actual Weight and Price .
