Rain Reminder

Features:
- Uses your current location.
- Only appears in notification bar when there will be rain.
- Consumes minimal resources. Runs only once a day.
- Minimal interface.

Notes:
- Only works in the United States due to the data source.
- Advanced preferences aren't working yet.
