EARTHENCY is a collective action program to protect the common good (our resources, our environments, biodiversity). It is organized around a communication system linking citizen observations of terrestrial and aquatic pollution with the municipalities, and allows by a double application to facilitate by geolocation the field action of municipal agents. Earthency will then highlight the action in images on an interactive national map. This system thus generates a territorialization of the environmental issue, commune by commune through an Environmental Medicine.
