Our non-profit organization and without political interests of any kind meets with solving a real problem of the Venezuelan population, which currently lacks reliable economic indicators. EcoDólar classifies the relevant currency information and excludes the weightings of agents that do not have scientific support. In our opinion, the economy should be a transparent phenomenon accessible to all, beyond these considerations we trust that our country can not but improve and the economy flourish, by the time our indicators will be the first to demonstrate it.

The quote "EcoDólar" is simply an average of the unofficial quotes from the moment they are measured.

What is the stability index?
It is an indicator based on the dispersion measure of the EcoDólar quote obtained in a period of 7 days, the higher the index the more stable the current state of the quotation, the sudden price changes decrease the stability of the market.
100 ~ 80 Index: The price has remained very stable during the last 7 days, indicating stagnation.
Index 80 ~ 40: The price has remained with normal variations.
Index 40 ~ 0: The price is in a state of high volatility.

It is an indicator of the possible percentage change, 24 hours in the future, with respect to the price of the moment if the market continues behaving in the same way.
