Reina-Kench carried out the construction of a modern slaughterhouse in Karakol, Issyk-Kul region in 2021. Meat supplies will be targeted at domestic and foreign markets.
The project involves farmers from nearby villages of Jeti-Oguz, Ak-Suu and Tyup districts within a radius of 30-40 km in the chain of supply of farm animals to the slaughterhouse. On the basis of the Regional Training Center, 56 foremen and 1,500 farmers received training and improved practical skills. Farmers improve the breed of cattle and get the first generation of the cross breed "Aberdeen Angus". Foremen and farmers increase their knowledge and practical experience in the following areas: crop and feed production, pasture use, animal health and cattle meat production.
In order to improve the efficiency of the enterprise, this digital system based on the Android platform was developed.
This development is a traceability system that will allow the company to trace the entire path of the product along the supply chain and unambiguously identify the unit or batch of the product by creating a transparent system of accounting and control of livestock (its location, the presence of a veterinary certificate and all attached certificates, age, weight, etc. ).
A traceability system at the stages of production and turnover of slaughter products guarantees the quality and safety of the products being turned over throughout the supply chain.
For slaughter products, the traceability system includes the following components:
- traceability of raw meat suppliers;
- traceability at the stage of production of slaughter products intended for human consumption
This application allows you to identify the sources of all raw materials or ingredients by registration and accounting records.
Exchange information with relevant stakeholders and consumers (both with farms supplying productive animals, as well as wholesale and retail trade operators, regulatory authorities, etc.). Improve the effectiveness, productivity and profitability of the organization. Facilitate the cancellation or recall of products as necessary.
Suitable for participants in national, regional and global supply chains, it combines the management of information flows and physical flows of traceable trade items.
