I am working professional in a steel industry. I started my carrier since 1995 from a steel industry. I have 25 year experience in the field of Project, operation & maintenance. During starting of my career in the industry I felt that my superiors hesitate to educate teammates & wanted to hide the facts about any breakdown/ system improvements.
