The application supports two roles: Administrator and Advisor. First, the Administrator registers and creates an account. The Manager can then invite the Consultants to his team. All users can create portfolios and these portfolios are immediately shared with the team, except for the host information. Consultants may also write reports to their managers describing their daily activities. Reports are kept confidential between the consultant and the manager.
You will be able to use the Free Trial at first to help you understand if the app will be useful to your team. The Free Trial has limitations on the advisors invited and the number of portfolios created. But there is no limit in terms of functions and time that can be used. If you are satisfied, you can review the subscription packages from within the app for the best plan for your team. Only the Admin will purchase a subscription package for the entire team, the Advisors in the team will only have access to their account and office data using the invitations sent to them. We also serve small teams or individual real estate agents, so even if you don't have a team, please don't hesitate to try the app.
