DG Digital is a game where you walk around a virtual city and so is the opportunity to practice various (learned) skills. This virtual environment ensures that the client himself practically get to work.
This is in addition to the existing treatment offer Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), mainly on the component skills. The game is intended for young people aged 12-18 years with severe mood and emotion regulation problems.
The assignments are based on four modules from the DBT skills training and are proportionate to bid. You earn points by doing assignments and these are assigned to the module in which to hear the commands. With these points you can get something extra which makes the practice remains fun and varied.
