Absolutely disgraceful that I and I'm sure many others have been waiting months for our payout and still nothing. I've been waiting since 16th Sept and the total is over £25 and still nothing. I don't want your excuses just payout please and cut out the delays. Everyone should stop doing this, if it wasn't for such good causes. beginning to wonder too if these good causes actually get donations 😲😔

I've been waiting since the 8th of December 2025 for my withdrawal payment and still not received it, even though I have sent several emails with no response 🤬

used this for a few years now, never used to have a problem and support was good. But I'm waiting for payments I cashed out 3 months ago now and have messaged support and received no response. think this app is slowly going down the drain which is sad to see. EDIT: They told me here on this review to email them. I did and guess what ... No response and still no payment. Absolute scam.
