Considering the public service vocation of the Universidad de Santiago, in 2021 Open Knowledge will be created, a platform for the dissemination of scientific knowledge that seeks to articulate an international network of collaboration, free of charge and for public use. This platform will be developed in an OTT (over-the-top) service that, in addition to the author's information and links about his investigations, will include, in an unprecedented way, a video where each researcher will present a summary of his work, inviting the audience to review it. This idea arises from the high impact that streaming technology has had on consumption and audience trends. In this context, the opportunity to provide the attractions of this way of delivering content to an academic portal is planned. In summary, it is an audiovisual platform that will allow to increase the reach of papers and investigations of the most important academics worldwide, and its content will include an audiovisual abstract to summon greater interest in the audience. This network will allow its members to interact with each other, generating alliances, synergies and collaborations. The format will allow the creation of a microsite for each exhibitor, incorporating its metadata, links from other websites, a link to the highlighted investigation, in addition to the video of the researcher's presentation and his work.
