About Ekíser - Incidencias

Ekíser offers you this agile and simple application to be able to communicate incidents to us, request the switching on/off of the central heating in your community, find out about our services or send us your suggestions and comments.

The only requirement to communicate with us through this application is to fill in your information (name, email, telephone, address and community) to be able to contact you and find out about the farm that presents the incident.

The sections that we can find in the application are:

MY DATA

It presents a form where you can specify your name and surname, email, contact telephone number, postal address and community name. The indicated data will be saved and can be modified or deleted at any time.

It is mandatory to specify the user data to be able to send incidents, request the on/off of the central heating or send suggestions and comments.

REPORT AN INCIDENT

This option allows you to communicate an incident to Ekíser by means of a description and optionally one or more photographs. It is mandatory to fill in the information in 'My details' before being able to submit an incident.

Simply by writing the description of the incident and pressing the send button, an incident can be communicated. If you wish, you can add one or more photos using two buttons:

Photo album. A previously taken photo will be added to the incident and stored in the device's photo album.

Camera. It will activate the device's camera to be able to take a photo at the moment and add it to the incident.

HEATING MANAGEMENT

Through this option, you can request Ekíser to turn the heating on/off in your community. It is mandatory to fill in the information in 'My details' before you can send a request.

By simply pressing the ON / OFF button on the screen and clicking 'Send' in the action bar below, the request can be made.

PROPERTY SERVICES

In this section, Ekíser exposes all the services that it has available in the field of real estate. We can find information about each of the services by expanding the sections as well as including a link to the website where more detailed information can be found.

It also includes a form in which you can request more information about the desired service.

SUGGESTIONS AND COMMENTS

This screen allows Ekíser to communicate suggestions, comments and opinions. It is mandatory to fill in the information in 'My details' before being able to send a suggestion, comment or opinion.

CONTACT INFORMATION

In this section, you can consult the contact options offered by Ekíser, in addition to presenting two buttons that link to Google Maps to locate the location of Ekíser's offices.

HELP

It presents a screen to consult doubts about the application. It contains all the sections mentioned in this description.

ABOUT

Provides information about the application, including its version.


All communications with Ekíser are carried out by email and all these messages will include your information entered in the 'My data' section in order to identify you.
