This application is aimed at all participants in the election process. It will be useful for members of election commissions, candidates for elected positions of state power and local self-government bodies, their representatives, observers and voters. It describes in an accessible and clear way the electoral process in Ukraine, as well as the procedures to be followed when organizing and conducting elections in accordance with the Electoral Code of Ukraine.
The appendix contains statistical, scientific, educational and legislative information on the organization of the election process in Ukraine, which is taken from open sources and is free for review, use and dissemination. All references to the legislation are indicated taking into account the current version of the Electoral Code of Ukraine and the laws of Ukraine published on the official web portal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine.
The application was developed by OSCE certified trainers in cooperation with the IRA and USAID. Does not represent any of the public authorities and does not express the official position of state institutions.

Important processes are divided into successive steps of the action plan. Additionally, the appendix contains illustrations of completed election documents.
