It is a biography of Mu'awiyah ibn Abi Sufyan and his services to the Islamic community. In this work, an attempt has been made to paint a correct and unbiased picture of Amir Mu'awiyah by avoiding disputes and describing historical disputes, and to bring out the facts from the dust of some doubts. At the beginning, he describes Mu'awiyah's family background and lineage and briefly recounts his childhood to youth and his conversion to Islam. In the following, the views of the Companions and their followers on his personality and actions are quoted, and then the various services of this powerful ruler to the Islamic society and the military and social achievements during his reign are described. The final part of the book is dedicated to a brief mention of the moral and religious virtues and virtues of Amir Mu'awiyah.
