EMD (Kyiv) for Android

This appendix contains:

- Valid local protocols (Orders of the Center No. 111 of 13.08.2019 and No. 166 of November 30, 2018);

-Local Rotokols 2014 (Based on the MOH Orders:
# 34 from 01/15/2014, # 275 from 04/17/2014, # 602 from 08/03/2014,
No. 384 of May 24, 2012) (some of which are valid);

-New protocols (MoH Order No. 1269 dated 05.06.2019) (not yet approved by the Center);

-Additional information (medical, legal, general);

- Addresses and contact telephones of health care institutions in Kyiv;

- Schedule of duty of urgent hospitals (wards) according to profile.


The application was created to facilitate the work of EMD Center staff and MC of Kyiv.


The minimum Android version for the application is 4.4 KitKat

    Data is updated whenever possible, developers do not accept responsibility for the availability of outdated data, inconsistency of data with current orders or other force majeure circumstances (closure of hospitals, temporary
protocol changes, etc.).

Always update the information and get updated with the new orders of the Center.
