The Emerphone Mobile application is a product of Marcodina SA It allows remote alert to the Central Emerphone in situations of insecurity or emergency medical form.
THIS PRODUCT IS IDEAL FOR:
- Adolescents and young adults with activities outside the home.
- Adults are active at night.
- People with reduced mobility.
- Drivers of phones of all types.
THIS PRODUCT IS CRITICAL WHEN:
- An ambulance is required and the person is unable to speak.
- The environment is extremely noisy and will enable a telephone conversation.
- You have to give notice of alert for a security risk in quickly and quietly - eg. Intrusion, loitering, strange noises, etc.
- There are suspicious people hanging around.
- Have to log in to the car to your garage.
HOW DOES IT WORK:
Pressing any of the buttons, the device was installed where will alert via GPRS. If the service is not available, the application will send SMS alert.
The alert will be received in the Central Emerphone by a qualified operator to recognize the type of alert issued (depending on the button pressed timely), who owns the Emerphone service and your contact itself and references (pre-assigned ). Also, the device sends data from its geo-location (via triangulation of cellular and GPS antennas should be enabled in the mobile).
With these data, the operator:
- Do a Call Verification mobile since the alert was issued to confirm it.
- Confirm the type of alert and exact location of the emergency.
- You'll notice the security forces or the health service that will correspond (either public or medical coverage had affected) Depending on the type of alert.
- If the Call Verification was not served, notice will be given to informing concerning the alert type and geolocation data automatically sent by the mobile when issuing the alert.

- Being a member of Emergencies and have the active service of any of the plans sold.
- Be within coverage Emerphone Mobile service (consult the Customer Service Center)
- Have data network connection or the ability to send SMS.
IMPORTANT NOTICES
- Faced with an emergency, always remember to communicate with the public security service.
- The use of Emerphone Mobile can generate additional consumption resulting SMS data or extra billing by the provider of cellular service. These invoices will be paid by the client cell phone service.
