eService is a cutting-edge mobile application that allows you to speed up some operations in front of the vehicle rather than in front of the PC.
The app is aimed at all workshops that use the eSolver Officina software and represents the ability to bring data from your management system to the portable device and vice versa.
Thanks to eService you can consult the customer database, the vehicle registry including the interventions history directly on the move, and again from your smartphone / tablet you can add new customers, vehicles and create acceptance documents.
You can use the device's camera to recognize the license plate without typing it and attach photos of the vehicle to the acceptance document.
The acceptance documents can be signed by the customer on the app through the graphic signature function.
The data entered or modified via eService will be updated instantly on the eSolver Officina management system.

APP FUNCTIONS
Login via app: log in by entering the same credentials that the operator uses in the eSolver for Engines - Workshop management software from a fixed device. In this way you can keep track of the work of the operators who create the documents and appointments on the agenda.
Customer data: Consult, modify or enter the customer data. To speed up your operations, you can configure the app to have individuals or companies as the default customer in order to show the necessary fields. From the customer database, you can quickly retrieve the customer's contact data to call him or send an e-mail or Whatsapp message.
Vehicle registry: Use the device's camera to frame the license plate and start the search for the vehicles you have in the registry on eSolver, or enter a new vehicle or update the registry data.
Agenda: You can manage the appointments on the eSolver for Motors - Workshop agenda directly from the app by linking the appointment to the order. You have the possibility to see the calendar in month, week and day format and in addition, thanks to the labels you can distinguish the appointments by State, Category and Resources.
Acceptance and intervention history: these documents can be carried out and completed directly through the eService app on the mobile device. Fill in the vehicle data, scanning the license plate with the camera and using the search by license plate in order to speed up the writing operations. You can complete the documents by attaching photos of the vehicle taken directly from the device and marking the status of the vehicle with the graph. Have the customer sign without the need to go to the PC with the special pen supplied with your device or simply with a finger. When a vehicle already in the registry arrives, you can consult the history of the interventions recorded on your eSolver per i Motori - Workshop from the mobile device.
Order: You can create multiple lines of problems on the order document by specifying the type of intervention, if the intervention is to be paid by the customer, under warranty or internal. Select from your eSolver per i Motori - Workshop the necessary spare parts and labor for any inconvenience. You can print directly from the app and send an e-mail to the customer when the document is saved.
