Through Paramarsh App, Farmers or Retailers can record their issues or feedback. The issues will get assigned to the concerned Corteva Agriscience official who will resolve the issue within 48 hours. The resolution details will be shared personally with the Farmer or Retailer and also through Paramarsh application. Corteva Agriscience will use these issues to study and customize it's future offerings. By enrolling in this program, the Farmer or Retailer agrees to share his personal details, any further details of the issue as needed by Corteva Agriscience and allow Corteva Agriscience or it’s representatives to contact the Farmer / Retailer over phone or email.
