Afterthought product, poorly integrated to the main system. Geocoding works for maybe half of the users, the rest are just stuck forever. The map itself only exits on the app, no way to recreate in the main system, so now I have to run android emulators on all PCs just so they get the map. Customer lists don't always pull in, nomenclature doesn't even begin to match the main system. Bottom line, don't add features here that don't exist in the main system. Am I the only one using this thing?

Horrible, if I could give it negative stars I would. I only wish our competitors would use Epicor CRM so they could be as blind to their data as I am in Epicor. Save your money, Excel speadsheets and word documents are more useful than the Epicor CRM system. I have literally reverted back to Excel, a rolodex and business cards to conduct business.
