The Elementary and Secondary Education Department (E&SED) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) has introduced School Quality management initiative (SQMI) to revitalize the function of the ASDEOs and SDEOs to inspect the quality of teaching and learning processes in primary schools and to provide regular, timely feedback to the observed teachers and head teachers for remedial actions.
