This app is primarily used for active clients with ESRA Facility Management who have a work order they want to submit for accomplishment. The customer can track the progress of the work order job through this app as well. If the customer has a requirement for the work order to be completed by a certain date they have the option to put in this date for completion. This app is not for residential clients.
