Esbjerg Municipality is a large municipality with many public roads, paths and sidewalks. With TIP THANK you as a citizen of Esbjerg Kommune help us quickly to correct errors or omissions on roads and paths. With TIP TAK has never been easier to make a report to the municipality. All you have to do is take a picture of an issue and submit it via TIP TAK. Then we take as soon as possible an assessment of the problem.
Examples of problems:
- A faulty traffic signal.
- Survivors material on roads, paths or walks.
- Dead animal on the road or dead marine animals on the beach.
- Poor visibility conditions in traffic.
- Stuffed public bins.
- Cullet on the road, pavement or footpath.
- Damage to roads, paths or walks.
- Damage to public toilet, playground, table / bench and the like.
- Damage to public signs or missing signs.
- Blocked or defective gutter grate.
- Water on the roadway.
- Fallen trees or lack of pruning bushes.
Make a reporting
Open TIPS THANK YOU on your smart device and press the "New Hint". You can now add up to six photos to your tip. You do this either by selecting the "Take a new picture" or "Choose photo from the archive". When your picture or your photos are attached, select "Next".
Next you choose a location, so we can quickly identify and address the problem. You choose a location of your tip on the card. If your phone or tablet has GPS location attached, the TIP TAK even find your location. You can move your location on the map if the location is not quite correct. Then select "Next."
Now select a category that best suits your tip, and briefly describe the problem. Fill in your contact information: Name, Email and Phone. If you have previously reported a tip, the TIP TAK automatically fill in your contact information.
You will receive an auto reply by e-mail with a link to a map. On this map you can follow the updates on your tip. The tip is included in our ongoing scheduling tasks, and we need more, we will contact you.
If you stall us an urgent matter, please contact Esbjerg Municipality through our main number. If you stall us urgently outside working hours, we ask you to please contact the police.
