About Linencare
The Linencare app is a way of simplifying the method of processing your linen requirements.
The following is available on the Linencare App:
• Place a New Order – This enables you to place a new Linen Order for delivery within your delivery dates.
• Re-Order – This enables you to recall a previous order and reorder for a specific date.
• Cancel Existing Orders – You are able to cancel an existing order if it has not been processed.
• Order Status – You are able to track the status of your Order.
• Return Request – You can request Credit for Linen Returned, Shortages on delivery etc.
