The 'ëstorik' application is a mobile application that complements the #2 Lead Manager module of the ëstorik e-web CRM platform. It is designed for field sales forces working in direct contact with prospects and end customers. Synchronized with the full e-web enterprise CRM solution, it allows for simplified use thanks to its push notifications which alert the user in the event of a lead being assigned or an appointment being made on their calendar.
It allows the digital animation of lead processing by alerting the user of the leads assigned to him, indicating the actions to be carried out and allowing him to carry them out directly in the application: telephone reminder, e-mail, sms. The application traces in the history all the exchanges that took place between your organization and the contact.
