1. General coordination of all subcontractors participating in the project
2. Carry out the weekly planning and follow up on the scheduled activities based on the master program
3. Validate the correct management of materials by the residents and approve the estimates of work progress of the subcontractors and the remittances of materials from the suppliers
4. Ensure construction quality
5. Comply with the safety and hygiene regulations within the project by all collaborators and subcontractors
6. Resolve any technical and engineering construction issue
