Many people throughout their lives experience processes or times of unwanted loneliness. Moments that sometimes become chronic and become a health problem, especially in people who have difficulties to face this reality that becomes a problem.
Reality that affects and develops exponentially in older people. People who need to create or maintain social ties and continue developing social skills to avoid deficiencies and loss of capabilities, which affect mood and therefore health.

We need to be by their side when they need us most.
We are aware of the difficulty of seeing our yayos at times
of the state of alarm, in which the visit was prevented because it was the population in which there was greater
risk of complexity and the highest percentage of mortality.
This generated a lot of anxiety both in themselves and in children, siblings, grandchildren who
their ability to get in touch and see how they are doing was limited.
This made us realize the number of people who do not receive visits from their
relatives for other reasons such as that they reside in another municipality than the one of residence,
that they cannot access due to a problem of any kind, etc. So it was decided
improve the service provided during the state of alarm, and that the project continues in the
time at a very low cost for our yayos and their families.
