This application exclusivetly use Authorize.NET as a GATEWAY. For testing purposes NOT CREDIT CARD
will be charged. In production this application can use and point to your favorite credit card processor.
Authorize.NET offer a Payment Gateway Only plan connected your actual credit card processor.
They offer discount by volume.

Gateway Setup Fee : $49.00 (most the time they wave this one )
Gateway MonthlyFee : $25.00
Credit Card Transaction Fee : $0.10
