The Horse Identity program (horseidentity.org) offers two mobile applications namely Horse-ID and Horse Medic used by horse owners/caregivers and horse’s veterinarians respectively.

Upon signing up to the Horse Identity program using Horse-ID app, horse owners and caregivers will be able to administer and maintain information (horse profile) about their horses. This information contains horse records including identity, owners and caregivers contact details, medical and vaccinations, activities and trainings, veterinarian consults history.

An identification code (qrcode) is also assigned to each horse profile allowing authorised veterinarians to access the horse records using the veterinarian Horse Medic app (available on the store). Granted access to the veterinarian Horse Medic app allows the veterinarian to modify the medical information and vaccinations records of the horse. Consultations reports created by the veterinarians using Horse Medic app, are visible to horse owners through the Horse-ID app.
