Application for calculating available assets and liabilities (according to Kiyosaki)
Definition of assets and liabilities by Kiyosaki:
Assets - everything that brings income
Liabilities - all that does not generate income
The application takes into account:
- Investments (for example, a deposit in a bank, leasing, etc.)
- Debt obligations (e.g. loans, equipment rental, etc.)
- Unnecessary purchases (something without which it was easy to do and save)
The final results:
- total income or loss from all assets / liabilities
- alternative income that could have been obtained by making better use of money
(for example, if you do not buy a second car, but put money in a bank account)
- Estimated annual yield / loss ratio
Based on the results, you can make a decision about getting rid of liabilities,
and also to estimate what income can be received if not to borrow and not to make unnecessary purchases
