This is the worst app I've ever used. I can't upload any of my documents, and when I try to get support, I can't reach anyone, even though my documents are ready. You'll always be the one in a difficult situation

The app works well, their Customer Service responds quickly, but EVERY time I need to update or confirm documents, etc., there are problems.. I don't know if their company is poorly managed or if there are problems in their programming, but I am constantly contacting Customer Service to correct their errors. Would not describe the experience as even "satisfactory"..

This is definitely not user friendly at all. I read instructions at help center, even so cannot solve simple problems. I have never used such a terrible bank app. I wish I could change my bank. Unfortunately since my blocked account is on this bank I am stuck for a year. But after that never again, never
