BRP is a platform to connect investors, SMEs to support comprehensive business development and give solutions to risk management about the legal, tax, finance,... which are provided by experts, lawyers from around the world.
BRP has two main goals as the name suggests: CONNECTING BUSINESS - RISK MANAGEMENT (LEGAL) FOR ENTERPRISE (SMEs)
Inside:
(1) The Business Matching function will perform the business matching function and
(2) Risk management (legal) function for small and medium enterprises will focus on managing legal risks for these enterprises.
With that goal, BRP is expected to be the first system in Vietnam to do this and ambition to go global to help small and medium enterprises.
In addition, BRP with the mission will become a comprehensive support tool for the legal department, back-office of the Enterprise. On that basis, helping businesses save costs, time and spend more time searching for business development rather than focusing on handling the case.
