EzyExpenses is a very simple yet powerful financial expenses manager & tracker. It allows you to log your transactions on daily basis and analyze them with ease.
You start by simply creating as many accounts (Bank Account, Wallet Account, Internet Card, Loan Account) as you need and initialize them with their current Balance. After that, you can start creating new transactions as they happen. You can create Expense transactions for the expenses you’ve paid for. You can create Income transactions for the income that you have received. You can also create Transfer transactions when you’re withdrawing money from your Bank account to your Wallet for example.
At any time, you can check on how much money you currently have by switching to the Accounts View. Whenever there’s a negative amount in one of your accounts, it’ll be marked in Red as a warning.
When creating a new Transaction, you should press the big plus (+) button in the middle of the bottom bar, then:
1. Select Transaction type (Income, Expense or Transfer).
2. Select the Transaction date.
3. Select account that this Transaction was applied to. For example, if you’ve paid for Grocery using your Credit Card, you can choose Credit Card account.
4. Select Category (for example, Grocery)
5. Type Transaction Amount
6. (optional) Add a note for that Transaction.
7. (optional) Take a picture of the receipt of that Transaction.
8. Press “Add” button.
You can edit or delete a Transaction by simply pressing that Transaction from the Trans List view and then either update it or delete it.
By default, EzyExpenses shows the transactions for the current month. You can select a different month by pressing the Month button at the top corner of the Trans List View.
By convention, payment amounts are colored in Green for Income, Red for Expenses and Blue for Transfers.
Changing default currency and customizing your Categories can be done from the “settings” button in the bottom bar.
Statistics:
To see the Statistics of your transactions, simply press the “Stats” button in the bottom bar. You can see your statistics as Daily Income/Expense or as Categories with Graphs showing which Categories have been used the most.
Settings:
- General: allows you to change your currency and export/import your data as Excel.
- Expenses: allows you to manage/customize your expenses categories. It supports nested categories and you can press the green edit button to either rename a category or change its icon.
- Income: allows you to manage/customize your income categories. It supports nested categories and you can press the green edit button to either rename a category or change its icon.

2. Added an option to filter Transactions based on Type, Amount, Category, Notes, From Account & To Account
3. Supporting Filters for Stats
4. Creating a new transaction is made easier by auto-selecting the content of the Amount field whenever it's clicked so the content is replaced with new value in an easier way.
5. Sensitive Accounts: By default, Balance of a "Sensitive Account" is NOT displayed unless the "Show Sensitive Data" checkbox is clicked (at the top). If someone is sitting besides you, he won't see your the account balance.
6. Change Stats->Category Chart Colors to have contrast.
