Field Agent is an app for data collection in the field of refrigerated cabinets, refrigeration and building services in food retail.
We have developed this smartphone app that can be used as a quality assurance tool and as a data collection tool for our customers' market inventory. On site, service personnel can enter energy and climate-related data on the technical equipment of the stores in a simple, intuitive and fast way using photos and multiple-choice queries. A complete overview is generated step by step. This gives our customers a clear overview of which individual items they can work with and how. All data generated in this way is saved, compared/supplemented with other data and not only visualized in the app itself, but also in our data platform Store Agent.
