The Gazonne apiary is located at an altitude of over 1000m in the heart of the Monts du Cantal, far from intensively cultivated regions. The honey produced is an all-flower honey that comes solely from the nectars of flowers from natural meadows, high pastures, or forest or even from honeydew.
This honey is collected and potted by the beekeeper in the spring, summer and early fall. Little by little, the honey crystallizes naturally.
It is a natural honey, our bees are preserved in our region from urban activity and intensive agriculture.
Our products only take one trip, from the apiary to your home!
