Foundation recognized as being of public utility, the FACE Foundation is a space combining the strengths of public, private and associative actors.
Since 1993, it has brought together one of the largest French networks of companies committed to acting in favor of the inclusion of the most vulnerable groups.
FACE and its community deploy concrete and lasting actions and act in three key areas: education and guidance for young people in difficulty, inclusion through employment and integration, access to rights.

Three purposes:
1) Fight against all forms of exclusion
2) Fight against all forms of discrimination
3) Fight against poverty
Areas of intervention:
• Club companies can decide to intervene mainly in 5 areas of mobilization of the "responsible company".
Missions :
• Become a unifying tool for local initiatives
• Group together to carry out joint actions
• Make yourself accessible to a so-called excluded public
Examples of actions taken:
• Sponsorship actions, individual coaching to support job seekers, provision of professionals, quality of life at work, support for seniors in rural areas, fight against violence against women, dissemination of industrial culture in college and in high school (TEKNIK device) ...
