A DOCTOR'S FREE ADVICE. ANYTIME. ANYWHERE. Face2Face Health will connect you with a volunteer physician via video (preferred) or phone in the app to get help with medical needs. All volunteer physicians backgrounds are checked before they can volunteer and are covered by our medical malpractice while conducting ADVICE only consults on our app.
How does it work? - Sign Up. Request a Visit. That Simple. Our HIPAA secure app allows the physicians to turn themselves on for on-demand only consults or off based on their availability in order to volunteer which makes it so convenient to be able to do this whenever they have time. All users needing help are matched by language logic and so any volunteer physician who is available in the system will receive a push notification, enabling our app to notify all available physicians who are turned on based on ONLY language preference of the user. Thus, we can optimize our volunteer physicians that are available to provide advice. There is no time limit. All visits are secure, confidential and HIPAA-compliant.
