I have loved you & tracking 7 animals BUT this year you failed me! I ordered a red panda, Dec 1st for Christmas this is Christmas Eve, still not here!! Customers service claimed it was escalating my issue on the 16th, instead they're ghosting me..I! FINALLY heard back from customer service and bracelet finally arrived.. appreciate the response! makes a difference when customer service listens

got these for Christmas, my boys and I. An elephant was ordered and came with a dolphin card, a penguin came with a polar bear card, and the gorilla came with a cheetah card. Fahlo said they would rush the correct cards for the bracelets, and nothing ever came. we can track the cards we got, but not the animals we wanted. kind of a bummer. I mentioned this online, and several people had the same problem, only they didn't even receive theirs. we had wanted these for a long time and are sad.
